Services Overview
Red Hook conducts a site search for land or existing buildings and negotiates a fair purchase price for the school. Our experienced Project Management Team handles negotiations for the Design-Build contract, working with the architect and school to develop a cost-effective design that fits the budget and allows for future expansion.
Red Hook finances the entire project, including pre-development costs, so the school does not need to pay anything up front for acquisition or construction.
