Annie Mac & Co. is a strategy and design firm with over a decade of experience advising K-12 charter schools across the state of California and beyond. We support school leaders, education foundations, and youth development nonprofits to develop their strategy and story, build new programs, and support leadership.
Our experience includes helping leaders design and open new schools; amplify their brand messaging for recruitment; strengthen leadership pathways; align their mission, operations, and compliance efforts; and design and implement new programs for students and staff. Strategic Planning: We help school communities assess their organization’s performance in a changing landscape, reset on a new vision, and develop a roadmap for the future.
Brand, Marketing and Communications Strategy: We help leaders communicate what makes their school unique by defining their value proposition and updating visual identity and logo design, brand messaging, website design and development, and communications strategy.
Program Design: Our team supports the design of new programs – from preschool expansion to in-house school leadership programs – and builds the infrastructure to support implementation.
Board Development: We facilitate customized workshops to realign Boards of Directors with school mission, vision, and goals, and identify Board development priorities.
